We’re thrilled to invite passionate creatives to experience being PLNTD Guest Creators in 2025! Whether you’re an experienced facilitator or completely new to running workshops, this is a space for you to share your craft, connect with a vibrant audience, and inspire others. We’re here to support you every step of the way—no prior experience is needed, just a great idea and a passion for your craft!
What We Provide
As a PLNTD Guest Creator, you’ll have access to:
Our Cozy London Studio: A warm, welcoming space for creativity and connection.
Marketing Support: We will support the promotion of your workshop through our website, social media, and leaflets to help you reach the right audience.
Ticket Sales Management: We handle all bookings and payments.
Basic Studio Materials: If your workshop needs materials we already have on hand, we’re happy to provide them at no extra cost.
Guidance and Support: Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, we’ll guide you through the workshop planning and design process. We can help you refine your idea, structure your session, and ensure your workshop runs smoothly.
What You Bring
We’re looking for creators who:
Have a great idea for a 2-hour workshop aligned with PLNTD’s ethos of creativity and wellbeing. (Your idea can be a craft, poetry-related, acting, singing, story writing… literally anything creative. Think your idea is too unique? - run it by us.)
Are excited about sharing their craft and engaging with attendees.
Provide any specific materials not already available in the studio (or discuss alternatives with us).
Are happy to write a short blog post introducing themselves, their craft, and how it supports their wellbeing (instructions for this will be sent over if you’ve been accepted).
No prior teaching or workshop experience is needed—just bring your passion and creativity, and we’ll help with the rest!
Workshop Ticket Price
Tickets for your workshop are priced at up to £35 per person, with a maximum of 15 attendees. (The pricing will depend on the craft being offered)
Revenue Share
We want this partnership to be rewarding for everyone. Ticket sales are split as follows:
30% to You, the Guest Creator: A full house (15 attendees) means you could earn up to £157.50 per session (approximately £78/hour).
70% to PLNTD: Covers venue costs, marketing efforts, and operational expenses.
We believe this balance fairly compensates your talent while supporting the sustainability of PLNTD.
Workshop Schedule
You can choose to run your workshop on:
A Thursday, Friday, or Saturday
Saturdays include two time slots: afternoon and evening.
You’re welcome to commit to multiple days, or even just a single session—whatever works best for you!

We’ll work with you to refine your idea and make your workshop a reality!
Important Notes
Workshops must align with PLNTD’s mission of creativity and wellbeing.
Your workshop idea should be creative and engaging, but it doesn’t need to be complex—we’re here to help you design it!
If your workshop requires special materials, we ask that you provide them or discuss alternative arrangements with us.
In the unlikely event of cancellations, we’ll do our best to work with you to reschedule or find a solution.
